S.C. Czell Museum S.R.L., as a personal data operator, processes the personal data of customers and participants in full compliance with the applicable legislation in force, ensuring an adequate level of security and confidentiality, as well as protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing, loss, destruction or accidental damage to such data.
In carrying out personal data processing activities, S.C. Czell Museum S.R.L. strictly applies the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (“General Data Protection Regulation” – GDPR), as well as the provisions of the relevant national legislation in this field.
Purpose and legal basis of processing
The personal data communicated by clients are processed by S.C. Czell Museum S.R.L. for the performance of this contract, to which the client is a party, as well as for the fulfillment of the legal obligations incumbent on the operator.

For the purpose of carrying out contractual relations, the following categories of data are collected and processed:
- first name and surname
- date of birth
- home/residence address
- identity document series and number
- personal identification number
- telephone number
- e-mail address
Specific purposes of processing
The data are used exclusively for:
- making and managing reservations
- issuing fiscal documents and accounting records
- ensuring security and the proper conduct of activities
- operational communication with participants
Disclosure of data
Personal data may be disclosed by S.C. Czell Museum S.R.L. to competent public authorities or other entitled entities, insofar as such disclosure is required by legal obligations.
